GiDanc AI LLC, based in Pflugerville, Texas, is the research and intellectual-property company behind AI Assess Tech. We build the frameworks, patents, and platform for runtime behavioral governance — the practice of continuously assessing what deployed AI systems actually do, rather than trusting what they were trained to do.
Our thesis: AI safety is not a list of blocked outputs. It is governed character — measurable disposition, detected drift, named accountability.
Founder & President
Greg Spehar, Founder & President, brings 30+ years of experience building production systems — from aerospace engineering (Purdue) through an International MBA (UT / Rotterdam School of Management) to enterprise program leadership — to a single question: how do you prove what a deployed AI system will do?
